The fish tail and the cutout board are equivalent to the medium size boards (Serves 6-9), and the African maple is equivalent to the large board (Serves 10-14)

I ordered a medium speciality cheese board with a cutout for a family Christmas party and everyone couldn’t stop commenting on how stunning the cheese platter looked! No one wanted to take the first bite and be blamed for messing it up, haha, but once they dug in every bit was gone in no time. Lucky for me, I got to keep this beautiful board and it has held up very well to about 6 hand washed thus far! If you have an extra special event, I recommend the upgraded board 🙂
